Personal Lines Account Manager
Diane joined the Noyle W Johnson Insurance Group in 1999 and was our receptionist and customer service support person for a number of years. Diane was promoted to customer service agent in 2003. She serviced our payroll deduction accounts and then a portion of our regular agency accounts. Diane is responsible for maintaining current licensing of our agents. Diane has completed INS 21 and INS 22 in pursuit of the CPIW designation. Diane is active in the Vt. Association of Insurance Women.
